What can be returned and when by?

  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on every product for the first 30 days. The product will need to be returned with the original un-damaged packaging (including manuals and accessories) for a full refund.

Where do I return product/s and what information do I need to supply?:

  • Store Purchase/s must be returned to the store with proof of purchase

To my return product/s, what will I need to provide?:

  • Proof of purchase, the product/s receipt

      Tips:

  • Take a photo of the receipt at the time of purchase and place it somewhere safe
  • Registering your product/s warranty within 30 days of purchase has benefits, your purchase information will be kept online and you may find your product is eligible for an extended warranty

 

What is not accepted as proof of purchase:

  • A dollar amount on a bank or credit card statement will not be accepted

 

For a refund what do I need to supply:

  • The credit or debit card you used for purchase so we can credit back your refund
  • Valid Photo ID e.g. driver licence with photo, your name, address and signature

What if my product/s are faulty or damaged during shipping?

If you believe your item has arrived faulty or has been damaged during shipping please email us at sales@ldimega.com.au or call us on 07 3539 6273 and provided your order information and photos of the fault or damage and our team will assist you.

 

Assessment process

If your product is assessed as having a minor fault it may be repaired and returned to you within a reasonable time frame. If the product is deemed to have a major flaw we will offer you a replacement, refund or store credit.

Are any products excluded from our Returns and Refund Policy?

In some cases, a refund, replacement, Warranty claim or repair may not be offered or possible if:

  • Your product has been modified
  • There is evidence that your product/s use and care fails to meet the products specification

 

General Terms and Conditions:

  • Refund monies will not be available before the product/s has been received and checked by our team.
  • Returns can take up to 7 to 10 days to process, we will do our very best to process your refund claim as quickly as possible.
  • All returns must have Proof of purchase supplied at the time of return
  • Refunds will not include the initial delivery charges
  • Any expenses related to a product/s returned will be paid by you

 

Australian Consumer Law and your rights?

No products sold in Australia online or from a store are excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, CAOS Gear offers additional benefits and extend warranties,

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
